From a room of boxes to an archive you own, in four steps.

The room empties. The archive answers.

Step 01

Audit

Thirty minutes in your file room, free. We count the boxes, price what storage is costing you, and show you which categories are past their retention window, with the citation. You get the findings whether or not you hire us.

Step 02

Liberate

Confidential files get scanned on site, in your office. The boxes never leave the building. Bulk archives can go off site under sealed-tote custody if you'd rather, decided at the audit and written into the scope first. Every box is reconciled against a signed manifest with a checksum, so a discrepancy shows up as a flagged line, not a surprise years later.

Step 03

Seal

The archive is built and installed on your hardware, under your key. You hold the key copy from day one. There's no copy of your records on our servers to lose, subpoena, or leak.

Step 04

Answer

Ask it a question in plain language. It answers, and every answer is cited back to the page it came from. The citation is a control, not a convenience: you check the source. You don't take our word for it.

Four promises.Three of them cost us money.

A guarantee that costs nothing to break is marketing. The fourth is a posture rather than a remedy, and saying so is cheaper than having you notice.

We make it right
If a page comes back unreadable, or something's missing, or a month's work doesn't land the way we said it would, we fix it free. No argument. If it can't be fixed, you get your money back for that work. We never quietly reconcile a mismatch.
The window is in writing
Every window is quoted in writing before we start, on your actual boxes rather than an average. If we can't hit it, we tell you before you sign, not after.
The Locked Box
The archive runs on your hardware, under your key, and we hold no copy of your records. Maintenance access happens only when you grant it, and every session is logged and disclosed to you. If we're ever found holding or reading your archive without your authorization, that's a termination-for-cause event and you keep the archive.
Honest arithmetic
If the audit shows the numbers don't work for you, we say so and you keep the findings. We'd rather lose the job than sell you a project that doesn't pay for itself.

Nothing here costs you anything to find out. Book the free 30-minute audit and keep the findings either way.

The free 30-minute audit

A short call first to check the fit, then we come to you. You get the findings either way, in writing, whether or not you hire us.

  • A box count and a category breakdown of what's actually in the room.
  • What storage is costing you now, in dollars per year.
  • Which categories are past their retention window, with the citation, so the decision is yours to make.
  • Where the work depends on one person remembering, found by watching one real request get answered.
  • A written scope and a fixed price, if you want one. We never bid by the page.
  • The findings in writing, yours to keep and use with any vendor you like.

You will know who is coming before they arrive. The same small team works your project from the first visit to the last, and nobody sets foot in your building who was not named to you in advance.

Before we handle a single box we will be bound for professional liability, cyber, and valuable papers and records cover. You get the certificates and a sample custody manifest in writing first. No paper moves before that's in your hands.
