Your records are not on this website

This site is marketing. It holds no client documents, and nothing you scan with us is ever uploaded to it.

Here is the real path your paper takes. We scan it, and the pages are processed on a machine we control that has no public address on the internet: it is reachable only from our own devices over a private network, never from the open web. That processing copy exists so the work can be done. When the job is finished the archive is installed on hardware you own and runs in your building under your key, and we delete our working copies and confirm that to you in writing. After that we hold no copy of your records.

What reads your documents

Your archive can answer questions about your own files in plain language. People are right to ask what does the reading, and where it happens, so here it is without the marketing around it.

The model that reads your documents runs on the hardware in your building, on the same machine your archive runs on. Your files are not sent to us, to OpenAI, or to any other company, because nothing has to leave the building for it to work. There is no account to sign up for and no third party receiving your records in the background. It is off unless you want it, and it can be turned off again without touching the rest of the archive.

Treat what it tells you the way you would treat anything read back to you from memory. Every answer names the document it came from and that document opens to the scanned pages, which is the point: the image is the record, and checking the answer against it takes seconds.

What this site measures

We use first party session analytics, self-hosted on our own server, to count page views and see which pages people actually read. We do not use Google Analytics, we set no advertising cookies, we do not track you across other websites, and we do not sell or share any of it. Being specific about what that does not mean: it records the page, the referring site, a timestamp, your browser, operating system, device type, screen size, language, and an approximate city from your IP address. Your raw IP address is never stored, but a short-lived identifier derived from it lets us tell a returning visitor from a new one for up to a month. If you would rather not be counted at all, a tracker blocker stops it and nothing on this site breaks.

Who else touches this site

Two companies besides us are involved in showing you this page, and you should not have to guess who. Vercel hosts the site, so their servers receive your request and keep ordinary request logs. Google runs the booking panel, as above. That is the entire list.

It is a short list on purpose, and here is what is not on it. No advertising network. No tag manager. No heatmap or session recorder, so nothing here is watching your mouse. Our typefaces are served from this site rather than a font service, which means loading this page does not tell a third party you were here. If that ever changes, this paragraph changes with it.

Do not submit confidential information

When you book an audit, send only what is needed to arrange a visit: your name, how to reach you, and roughly how much paper you have. Do not submit patient, health, or otherwise confidential information through the booking form or by email. If it belongs in a client file, it belongs in the file, not in a scheduling note. We will ask for nothing of that kind before an engagement letter is signed.

Booking

Scheduling runs on Google Calendar appointment scheduling. When you book an audit, the name, email address, and any note you enter go to Google as well as to us, under Google’s own privacy terms. We use what you enter to arrange and prepare for the visit, and for nothing else.

We would rather tell you that than imply otherwise. It is worth being precise about what it does and does not mean: the booking form is how you reach us, and it is separate from your records. Nothing you scan with us is stored in, uploaded to, or reachable from that calendar.

Asking us to delete something

The booking tool is the only place this site holds anything you have entered, and you can cancel or delete a booking from the confirmation email Google sends you. Once we publish a direct contact address you will be able to ask us to erase anything else, and we will, without asking why.
